I dropped off my 2016 Chevy Malibu with approximately 380,000 miles on it because I was hearing some unusual noise. They diagnosed the problems, provided an estimate, ordered the parts and provided me a loaner vehicle while the car was being prepared. Vehicle was done on time and spot on with the estimate. Car is back up and running very smoothly. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle for repairs to Burke. A great team…professional, skilled and friendly!

I normally do not do reviews because no one reads them that cares. The car behaves no differently than when I brought it to you. I have purchased american made cars my whole life and the two previous to this had engine and transmission problems costing me thousands. Now this one has a transmission issue at 38,000 miles and you are telling me it is fixed to get beyond the warranty. The last time I bought a new car I looked at GM and the sticker said that the car was made is China. (2023 Trailblazer) Wow, what an incentive to never patronize GM again. Trick me once shame on you, trick me twice, shame on me.

I arrived early, about 1/2h hour early,. The service manager filled out the necessary paperwork and took my car. I informed the service rep that I would be waiting for the car and he said fine, 2 and a half later I was notified my car was serviced. I paid my bill and left. upon getting home I reviewed my bill which showed a oil changed but said nothing about a tire rotation or air pressure checked( which I thought was part of the service.) I know that this time of the year air pressure changes to compensate for temperature change. I'm still, up to this time, not sure if the tires were checked.

Was going to give less stars. Had a starter replaced and was charged 3 hours labor. Thinking no way does it take 3 hours. So went to YouTube and found a video and comments complaining how much a pain it was to replace a 2014 GMC Sierra starter. Other than that I was treated well and only waited a day (didn't have an appointment) to get truck back.

Our car broke down far from home, we had it towed to Burkes dealership & the staff could not have been more helpful. Taking our car with as much courtesy as if it was our dealer, calling Enterprise to help us get a car, having us shuttled by Mike to Enterprise (who also provided a restaurant recommendation) fixing & keeping our car on the lot until we returned from vacation! We cannot thank the staff at Burkes enough for making us feel like part of the family!

Took my car there because it has engine power failure, check engine light was on. Was told that it was a short work week for them and they couldn't look at my car. Was told that if I made an appointment that my car was sure to be looked at the day of the appointment. So I went ahead a made the appointment for Tuesday morning at 8 am. I did NOT hear from anyone until 4:50pm stating that they couldn't look at my car that day. So Wednesday, I get no response about my truck so after work I go to the dealer and they told me that my car was next in line which meant that now we are looking at Thursday when the vehicle had been there since Tues for an 8am appointment. I was told that I would hear first thing Thursday morning which Mason did keep his promise! I picked up the vehicle on Friday but before I even left the dealership the check engine light is still on. Was told the needed to order a part, OK! Here I am 6 days later and absolutely NO feedback on when the part was/is coming in. I do have the truck but the check engine light is still on. I drive over 175 miles on the parkway every day to work, I need to have a reliable vehicle. Was told my Mason that I should consider buying a NEW car

Brakes & rotors replaced by Burke after Burke replaced brakes & rotors less than 2 years ago and 19,000 miles. Four times been back for noise, vibration, etc, always was something else (alignment, tires, bracket, pins per Burke). Going to try Firestone from now on.

I’m a new customer to GMC. I have owned ford a truck my entire life. Let’s just say my experience at Burke service hasn’t gone great so far. BUT I’m very impressed with their attention after the fact. They will try again today to fix my issue and I’m certain this will end happily ever after. I must also add that my salesman Mr. Al Harris has been 2nd to none. As you all know or maybe should know. Customers never meet the service team who we will be dealing with problems that occur over the life of the vehicle. The sales team is there to make the deal, take the money and will you well as drive off into the sunset with your new GMC product. Al Harris is an exceptional person/employee who could have simply transferred me to the service area but no he has gone above and beyond his scope of responsibility.

Air conditioning system in my Camaro went down. It took about three weeks to resolve the issue. Service advisor (Mason) was very polite but could have had better communication. My experience at this dealership was very poor I brought my Chevy Silverado in to have a radiator replaced due to a crack in the plastic where the metal meets upon getting my quote I asked them to complete the maintenance four days later I received a phone call to pick up my vehicle I picked it up the next day drove it to my home and it kept on spiking in temperature I called the dealership and they asked me to drive it Back up to the dealership and they would look at it again I asked them if it overheated and the engine blow up whose fault it would be and they told me it would be mine so I asked them for a tow they said that I would have to pay for the tow after I pointed out that the coolant reservoir was not full at all it was empty they called a tow truck to come and get my vehicle I did not have to pay for the tow come to find out they did not properly fill the coolant in my vehicle and that there were tons of air pockets When they took my truck with the tow truck it had 1/2 a tank in it when I picked my vehicle back up it had a quarter of a tank I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received and the disrespect of not conducting the maintenance properly especially with the money that I paid to have it done at a reputable dealer

I came in for oil change,tire rotation, and requested the service department to fix my TPMS system. I think the service department should’ve made me aware of how expensive it would be to fix the TPMS system before doing the work. I was sitting right in the waiting area. I was hit with over an $800 bill when all was said and done. I would’ve declined the replacement of the valve stems to a later date. In this day and age not a lot of people have an extra $600 to throw into their vehicles unexpectedly. I have bought several vehicles from Burke over the last 40 years and this is the reason I don’t use your service department.Not the first time I’ve had issues. I was there because my local mechanic is down for a couple months. Overall, Burke is a great organization… And Mason was helpful. I won’t be back.!

2nd time bringing my 2025 Chevy Equinox in for oil change/tire rotation....mark my tires each time with chalk before I come. At the first visit, I questioned tires not being rotated....was told they forgot. This past Saturday appointment was told they were done. I went out and checked and they were not done. I had call the afternoon before for an oil change appt was @10a my car sat until 11:15 before going in. Had I known that they were so busy I would have scheduled a different time. I used the text messaging system but received no response. 2 hrs is too long to wait. Maybe should have an oil change only service?

Nice service area and easy check in . Gentleman checking me in even listened to me lament about keeping tire pressure at the proper setting with the freezing temps. I found having the service at no charge a surprise and was delighted. Only draw back to my visit was not checking the tire pressure before I left the dealership.’While running errands ,;after service appointment , I did check tire pressure and found that when they rotated the tires they did not check pressure. The front should be at 35 but were just below 32 and the back tires that should have been at 32 were close to 35. I was awhile finding a place to readjust the pressure and honestly surprised this went unnoticed by service. Thanks , Christy

I bought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After a little time had passed I was informed that the rear brakes were worn and advised that it would be prudent to have them replaced. I inquired about the added cost and was told 70, I agreed for the work to be carried out. Being told later that the vehicle was read, I went to settle the paperwork and was handed a bill for $730.
