I have purchased all my vehicles from Burke since 1994 and I have referred several others to the dealership. The Burke family has been a very positive experience from sales to service as well as the ownership. They have treated me well by giving a competitive price on my new vehicle and a very fair price for my trade. They have reached far from their dealership at times to locate the ideal vehicle for me when they didn’t have it on their lot and without charge. They took a rolling-lock top off my trade and put it on my new truck at no charge. I always deal through sales representative Al Harris as he is quite the gentleman who works very hard for me to get the vehicle I want. He has never pressured me and strives to make the purchasing process a pleasant experience. The service department has also been great to work with. I’ve been dealing exclusively with Burke for over 30 years and I don’t see any reason to make a change.

My torque converter is slipping again. 4th time. Each time it wasn’t fixed properly. Now it is out of warranty. It was never replaced, just drained the fluid and replaced. I believe it should be repaired properly and honored under the warranty since the problem was there at the time of purchase of the new truck

Appointment for oil change was set for 1PM. Told advisor that I would be waiting. At 3pm car was not moved. Asked advisor if I should reshedule as I have another appointment later in the day. He was suprised that it was not moved and he would get right on it. He did and the car was done in a little over a half hour. I still wasted an entire afternoon in the dealership for a half hour job. The whole idea of making an appointment is just that. You expect by making an appointment, the car goes in at the set time and out in a relatively short time.

I normally do not do reviews because no one reads them that cares. The car behaves no differently than when I brought it to you. I have purchased american made cars my whole life and the two previous to this had engine and transmission problems costing me thousands. Now this one has a transmission issue at 38,000 miles and you are telling me it is fixed to get beyond the warranty. The last time I bought a new car I looked at GM and the sticker said that the car was made is China. (2023 Trailblazer) Wow, what an incentive to never patronize GM again. Trick me once shame on you, trick me twice, shame on me.

Scott Novak has been my salesman for last 3 years (purchased 3 vehicles) and i cannot say enough of the professionalism and courtesy he has. My recent buy was kind of an emergency because my other 2023 Silverado engine blew 4th cylinder i got to dealership and a couple hours later left with new truck that i said i would rather have than fix old one. I arrived early, about 1/2h hour early,. The service manager filled out the necessary paperwork and took my car. I informed the service rep that I would be waiting for the car and he said fine, 2 and a half later I was notified my car was serviced. I paid my bill and left. upon getting home I reviewed my bill which showed a oil changed but said nothing about a tire rotation or air pressure checked( which I thought was part of the service.) I know that this time of the year air pressure changes to compensate for temperature change. I'm still, up to this time, not sure if the tires were checked.

Was going to give less stars. Had a starter replaced and was charged 3 hours labor. Thinking no way does it take 3 hours. So went to YouTube and found a video and comments complaining how much a pain it was to replace a 2014 GMC Sierra starter. Other than that I was treated well and only waited a day (didn't have an appointment) to get truck back.

Took my car there because it has engine power failure, check engine light was on. Was told that it was a short work week for them and they couldn't look at my car. Was told that if I made an appointment that my car was sure to be looked at the day of the appointment. So I went ahead a made the appointment for Tuesday morning at 8 am. I did NOT hear from anyone until 4:50pm stating that they couldn't look at my car that day. So Wednesday, I get no response about my truck so after work I go to the dealer and they told me that my car was next in line which meant that now we are looking at Thursday when the vehicle had been there since Tues for an 8am appointment. I was told that I would hear first thing Thursday morning which Mason did keep his promise! I picked up the vehicle on Friday but before I even left the dealership the check engine light is still on. Was told the needed to order a part, OK! Here I am 6 days later and absolutely NO feedback on when the part was/is coming in. I do have the truck but the check engine light is still on. I drive over 175 miles on the parkway every day to work, I need to have a reliable vehicle. Was told my Mason that I should consider buying a NEW car

My experience at this dealership was very poor I brought my Chevy Silverado in to have a radiator replaced due to a crack in the plastic where the metal meets upon getting my quote I asked them to complete the maintenance four days later I received a phone call to pick up my vehicle I picked it up the next day drove it to my home and it kept on spiking in temperature I called the dealership and they asked me to drive it Back up to the dealership and they would look at it again I asked them if it overheated and the engine blow up whose fault it would be and they told me it would be mine so I asked them for a tow they said that I would have to pay for the tow after I pointed out that the coolant reservoir was not full at all it was empty they called a tow truck to come and get my vehicle I did not have to pay for the tow come to find out they did not properly fill the coolant in my vehicle and that there were tons of air pockets When they took my truck with the tow truck it had 1/2 a tank in it when I picked my vehicle back up it had a quarter of a tank I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received and the disrespect of not conducting the maintenance properly especially with the money that I paid to have it done at a reputable dealer

The older person at the service desk is very hard to understand and really doesn't seem to be very interested at all it is job my car was there for 2 days and supposedly they fixed break issues but he can't tell me what they fixed and couldn't even print me out an invoice on the other hand the younger gentleman that works there I've dealt with before he's fantastic
