I just have 2 issues: I received an email advising an alert was received regarding my car. I hoped it was for simply an oil change, as the sticker on my windshield indicated I was due soon. I called twice and left a message asking for a return call to let me know what the alert was. Never received a call back. I called to make the appointment for the oil change and mentioned the 'alert message'. Please let your customers know what the alert is in the email. After the oil change, I'm receiving a message on the dashboard that I need an oil change. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of the message or return to Burke to let them get rid of it for me. First issues in 20 years, though. Very satisfied overall.
