I did a night drop, I wrote an the envelope oil change and tire rotation, I did not get the tire rotation. I contacted the service department spoke to Brian, he stated I didn't need a tire rotation??, if the customer paying for a service the dealership should comply. This isn't the first problem I've had with burke
